After many
years of painting for pleasure, Wil turned professional in 2000.
He specialises in oil portaits, ink and watercolour 'house-portraits'
and landscapes. Having trained in printmaking at Bradford and
Craven Colleges, Wil has extended his techniques with etching
and woodcut prints.
He and his wife, Anne, live in the village of Wenhaston in East
Suffolk, close to where he was born and brought up. His studio
is a converted hayloft in the garden where Wil runs regular
small workshops and painting classes.
